Refund Policy

At Academic Masters Hub, we understand that students have different needs and expectations when it comes to their academic assignments. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and friendly to all of our customers, ensuring you receive the service you require without any negative experiences along the way.

We are committed to providing top-quality services and ensuring that each task meets the standards of academic excellence. However, if a customer feels that content doesn't meet the expected quality standards or is not completed promptly, they can apply for a refund after receiving at least 7 revisions.

Refund Eligibility

1. **Duplicate Charges**: If a customer has been mistakenly charged twice by credit card, Academic Masters Hub will return the extra amount immediately.
2. **Urgent Orders**: Refunds are not available for urgent orders (orders with a deadline of under 48 hours).
3. **Poor Quality or Missed Deadlines**: If the task delivered is of poor quality or fails to meet specified deadlines, the client is eligible for up to a 50% refund.
4. **Plagiarism**: If there is evidence of plagiarism in the submitted work, the client is eligible for up to a 50% refund.
5. **Dissatisfaction Without Evidence**: If the client does not like the work but cannot provide authentic evidence, they are eligible for no refund.
6. **Insufficient Details**: The client is only eligible for a refund if they provided proper details or instructions at the time of placing the order.
7. **Customer Service Delay**: If a customer service representative fails to respond to an inquiry within 48 hours, the client is eligible for up to a 50% refund.
8. **Unsatisfactory Revisions**: If, after 7-10 revisions, there is still no satisfactory result or improvement in the quality of work provided, clients will be eligible for a 50% refund. This refund is applicable after seven days from the delivery date.
9. **Refund Processing Time**: Refunds will be processed within two weeks after receiving all evidence of the poor-quality work or unsatisfactory result.
10. **Plagiarism Checks**: Plagiarism check results must be shared at the time of submission. We are not responsible for any potential issues that may occur after submission or delivery completion.
11. **Revision Period**: The client can request revisions to their work within 15 days. After 15 days, no free revisions or refunds will be provided.

Customers can apply for a refund under the following circumstances:

Refunds are generally processed within two weeks from the submission date upon receipt of valid evidence supporting poor-quality work or failed results. We offer a refund only if the original deadline of the assignments is not missed by us. In the case of a revision, a new deadline must be mutually decided. No refund claims can be made if a revision deadline is not agreed upon.

A full refund is 80% of the amount paid, with a 20% deduction for transaction costs paid to the payment gateway company and service charges.

Disputes

If you have a dispute with your order, please contact our customer service team at info@academicmastershub.co.uk to discuss the issue.

**Note**: If our financial team finds that a customer has opened a fraudulent dispute through their bank without discussing the issue with us, we are unable to issue a refund. Our legal team may take action against online fraud as per country laws. We take our customer's satisfaction seriously and strive to resolve any issues or concerns as quickly as possible. Cancellation and Refund Policy

You are eligible for a full refund under the following conditions:

• Duplicate Payment
• Duplicate Order
• Expert Unavailability

In certain situations, you may receive a partial refund according to our cancellation policy:

• You will receive 50% of the order amount if an expert has already been assigned to your order.
• You will receive 90% of the order amount if no expert has been assigned yet.
• You will receive 95% of the order amount if the order details are incomplete and you cancel immediately after placing the order.

Service Policy

Customer Satisfaction and Revision Policy:

Our primary goal is achieving complete customer satisfaction, and we are dedicated to working around the clock to ensure it. Our experts strive to deliver flawless work. However, if the quality does not meet your expectations, you are entitled to request a revision. We will revise your work as many times as necessary to secure your satisfaction. To request a revision, you can either email us or call our support team. The time frame for revisions is as follows:

• 1st Revision:** 24 hours
• 2nd Revision:** 48 hours
• 3rd Revision (and subsequent revisions):** 72 hours

Please note, that the turnaround time for revisions depends on the clarity and conciseness of your feedback. The more specific and brief your comments, the faster we can complete the revision. We will compare your revision comments with the initial guidelines. If they align, we will proceed with the revision. If they differ, an adjustment fee may be required.

Urgent Revisions:

For revisions needed on an urgent basis, an adjustment fee will apply, as the required expert may not be immediately available.
